@Barnabus Fastdew is the secret head of The Silent Ledger, a faction of rogues, theives, and spies who work in the shadows to achieve their goals, and the goals of allies when the coin is good. They have a code of ethics and do not simply steal for personal gain, instead they reappropriate items and facilitate the exchange of ownership. They also are purveyors of knowledge, knowledge which they glean through eavesdropping and infiltration.
