Dagon

Dagon, Prince of the Depths, is a demon prince of the Abyss who rules over the Shadowsea, the 89th layer of the Abyss. He is an obyrith, the most ancient kind of demon, some sources even state him to be a primordial.

Dagon is an evil chaotic being with strong psionic abilities to influence weak minds. Some of his abilities include:

• Aquatic Dominion: Dagon has total control over aquatic environments, able to manipulate tides, summon deep-sea horrors, and breathe underwater indefinitely.

• Physical Prowess: He possesses superhuman strength, allowing him to easily overwhelm many opponents. He also has a powerful bite and tentacle attacks, which can be used to constrict and grapple foes.

• Psionic and Mind Powers: As an ancient being, Dagon can use telepathy to communicate with or dominate weaker minds. Some lore suggests he can project auras of madness that cause fear or insanity in those who witness him.

• Luring and Enchantment: He can use a "doomsong" to lure nearby creatures to his location, requiring a strong will save to resist. Some lore also mentions a "Form of Madness" which causes fear in observers.

• Regeneration and Immortality: Dagon cannot be truly killed by conventional means and will reform over time even if slain on the material plane.

• Reality-Warping Aura: As an obyrith, a type of ancient demon, he can exude an aura of madness that affects even deities.
