Gem dragons are neutral alignment, with strong psionic powers, who follow the leadership of Sardior the Ruby Dragon. There are ruby dragons that are shards of Sardior but they are extremely rare. Other slightly more common gem dragon races include amethyst, topaz, crystal, emerald, sapphire, and obsidian. However obsidian dragons have been exiled and are seen as cunning but cruel.
