The fourth room on the first floor of the western wing belongs to @Dazzle . She was forced into skin-selling at a young age, and although she does not have a need to do it, she will revert to her entrepreneurial ways when visitors come to her room. She does not look for money in payment anymore, but now haggles for a guarantee on performance. If you cannot deliver her what you promise, she will take it off your skin. If you choose to play with Dazzle, you better be ready to ride till exhaustion.
If the party manages to survive long enough to become friends with @Dazzle she will begin to drop her veil of apathy and begin to enjoy her life out of the service to flesh.
