Society functions broadly like the contemporary United States. Employment, education, banking, housing, healthcare, transportation, commerce, insurance, taxation, communication, utilities, government services, and other ordinary institutions operate in recognizable modern forms.
The United States dollar is the standard currency. People may hold money through bank accounts or physical cash and may own property, vehicles, businesses, investments, valuables, and other assets. They may also have rent, mortgages, loans, bills, subscriptions, insurance, taxes, and other financial obligations.
Smartphones, computers, internet services, electronic payments, social media, GPS, security systems, cameras, digital records, and modern communication systems are widespread.
Institutions and technologies have practical limitations. Organizations have finite personnel, resources, authority, information, and time, and different institutions do not automatically possess or share all information.
