"Knowledge is the inheritance of every generation. Wisdom is what they choose to do with it."
Overview
Education has long been regarded as one of the foundations of civilization throughout Vaeloris. While kingdoms may differ in culture, traditions, and governance, nearly every nation agrees upon one principle: the future of the realm depends upon the knowledge of its people.
Following the Great Wyrmfall and the signing of the Accord, rulers, scholars, guild leaders, and religious orders invested heavily in the creation of schools and academies throughout the continent. What began as a collection of local learning halls eventually grew into the structured educational system recognized across Vaeloris today.

Reputation
The Vaelorian Education System is considered one of the greatest accomplishments of the Accord Era. Though kingdoms may rise and fall, the pursuit of knowledge remains a constant throughout the realm.
Whether born in a royal palace, a bustling city, or a remote farming village, every child is given the opportunity to learn, grow, and discover their place within the world.
A saying often repeated by teachers throughout Vaeloris states:
"Knowledge builds kingdoms. Wisdom ensures they endure."
