Presence
Presence is the Discipline of supernatural charisma, the power to enthrall, seduce, or terrify with a glance. It lets Kindred bend emotions as easily as Dominate bends thoughts, weaving love, loyalty, or fear without a word.
Favored by Toreador, Ventrue, and Brujah, Presence makes predators into idols, tyrants into kings, and monsters into gods.
Narrative Uses
Captivate a mortal crowd during a nightclub performance.
Turn a rival’s allies against them with a word of charm.
Radiate dread so strong that mortals scatter in panic.
Hold the attention of an Elysium salon without saying a word.
Bind a ghoul or lover into unshakable devotion.
Presence is the most Masquerade-friendly Discipline: mortals explain it away as charisma, charm, or stagecraft. Only the wise suspect supernatural influence.
