Description (In-World)

"Dominate breaks the will. Presence bends it. It is the far more elegant, and far more potent, of the two. A commanded mortal is a puppet, and puppets are clumsy. But a mortal who wants to please you, who adores you, who would throw themselves into the fire for a single glance of your approval? That is a true follower. Presence is not a command spoken aloud; it is an aura, a supernatural magnetism that radiates from your very soul. You become the most fascinating person in the room. Your words drip with meaning, your gestures are captivating. You are the cult leader, the movie star, the king. They will love you for it, and they will never even know they didn't have a choice."

Levels of Mastery

Initiate: Your aura is undeniable. You can enter a room and instantly become the center of attention. You can amplify your natural charisma to inspire a profound sense of awe in mortals, making them eager to please you, or a deep sense of dread that makes even the boldest thug want to be somewhere else.

Adept: Your command of emotion is now a tangible force. You can summon a mortal from across a crowded Elysium with nothing more than a focused gaze. You can inspire such fanatical devotion in a follower that they will gladly risk their lives for you. Your majesty is now so powerful that you can even overwhelm other Kindred, forcing them into a state of awestruck reverence.

Master: A master of Presence is a god walking among insects. You can pacify an entire room of enraged Kindred with your calming aura, ending a fight before a single blow is thrown. You can instill a loyalty so fanatical and unshakeable in a mortal that they become a true zealot, immune to fear and argument. Your emotional control is so complete, you can even command a room to forget you were ever there, leaving behind only the memory of a fascinating conversation with a nameless stranger.
