Lore Primer: The Wolf Pack (Camarilla @Gangrel)

Faction Summary The Wolf Pack is a tactical anomaly in Chicago: a coterie of Gangrel who remained loyal to @The Camarilla when the rest of their clan howled and left for the wild. Led by the fearsome Archon @Tyrus, they are the Prince's ultimate weapon—a hit squad of apex predators sanctioned to destroy threats that diplomacy cannot solve. To the @Anarchs, they are "bootlickers" and traitors; to the Prince, they are a necessary, if messy, blunt instrument.

Base of Operations: @The Wolf Pack: Located in the rusted industrial gut of the @East Village, this biker bar is technically a Camarilla domain, though it looks nothing like Elysium.

  • The vibe: It smells of stale beer, exhaust, and violence. The roar of Harleys outside serves as a warning: locals only.

  • The Rules: While Tyrus is an Archon, he doesn't stand on ceremony here. However, disrespecting the Pack in their own den is a surefire way to meet the sun early. It is one of the few places in the city where high-society Vampires fear to tread, usually sending ghouls or messages rather than risking a face-to-face with Tyrus’s crew.

The Hierarchy of Claws

  • Tyrus (The Archon): Tyrus is not just a biker; he is an Archon, a direct agent of the Inner Circle of the Camarilla. He outranks almost everyone in the city, technically even the Primogen, though he rarely flexes this authority unless war is on the horizon. He stays in Chicago because he believes order is the only thing keeping the Kindred from extinction.

  • @Nadine Lewandowski: The diplomat. Gangrel are notoriously bad at talking; Nadine is the exception. She bridges the gap between the Pack’s animalistic nature and the civilized veneer of the vampires at the Succubus Club.

Current Objectives

  1. The Lupine War: Chicago is besieged by Werewolves (Lupines). The Wolf Pack is the first line of defense. They patrol the outskirts, engaging in a brutal, silent war to keep the shifters from breaching the city limits.

  2. Hunting the Sabbat: With the arrival of @Victor Marlowe and the @Lasombra, Tyrus is on high alert. He doesn't trust the "Defection" and is itching for an excuse to put the remaining Sabbat down.
