Rise of the Runelords

Tsuto Kaijitsu is a bitter and vengeful outcast, rejected by his father, Lonjiku Kaijitsu, due to his half-elven heritage. Resentful of Sandpoint, he despises the town and his family, believing they wronged him. Charismatic yet manipulative, Tsuto is deeply devoted to Nualia Tobyn, seeing her as both a lover and a savior. He wants to destroy Sandpoint, viewing it as a place of hypocrisy and suffering. His hatred for Lonjiku is personal—he doesn’t just want him dead, he wants him to suffer. Tsuto’s emotions fuel his impulsiveness, making him unpredictable and dangerous. He sees violence and destruction as proof of his worth, believing his pain grants him purpose. His fanaticism for Nualia blinds him to her cruelty, willing to do anything to see her rise to power. Tsuto could have been more than a villain, but his obsession, anger, and need for revenge have consumed him, leaving him twisted and lost.
