Strengths: Fortifications, underground cities, powerful forges, war machines
Goals: Independence for their mountainous provinces. Resent the Empire for centuries of economic exploitation.
Leader: Thane Brogar Durnheim, a proud dwarf who would rather raze the empire than see it reborn under Elven or Human rule.
Race: Halflings, Humans, Half-Elves
Strengths: Widespread support, guerrilla tactics, control of farmlands and trade routes
Goals: Dismantle the noble houses and form a democratic republic.
Leader: Lady Mara Thistledown, a charismatic Halfling who once served as a royal advisor before being cast out for speaking against the crown.
Race: Mixed, heavily Tiefling and Human
Strengths: Fire magic, zealotry, summoned demons, chaos tactics
Goals: Burn the old world and usher in an age of destruction and rebirth. They do not seek to rule—but to cleanse.
Leader: The Ash Prophet, a masked figure who speaks in riddles and walks unharmed through fire.
Race: Dwarves, humans
Strengths: wisdom, diplomatic finesse, and deep connection to the divine
Goals: restoration of the Empire under a just and divinely guided ruler
Leader: Sir Kaelen Lightspire currently leads to pick up the pieces, however he realizes it should not always be so.
