Warhammer 40k: Chaos Reins

A tall, imposing figure clad in dark, ornate power armor, Mortarion's skin is pale and sickly, reflecting his connection to death and decay. His eyes burn with a cold intensity, and he wields a massive scythe, a symbol of his role as the Reaper of Men. His presence is often accompanied by a miasma of decay, and he wears a tattered cloak that billows like smoke.

Mortarion is stoic and brooding, embodying the inevitability of death. He is relentless in his pursuit of power and has little patience for weakness. His loyalty lies with those who embrace the darkness, and he views life as a fleeting moment before the inevitable end.

Within the Eye of Terror, Mortarion was elevated to become a Daemon Prince by Nurgle, and given control of a Daemon World, now known as the Plague Planet, which he moulded into a new and despicable form, making it a virtual copy of Barbarus, placing himself in his adoptive father's position as its chief tyrant.
