Uncertainty and Mysteries of Spirit Butterfly Magic

Spirit Butterfly magic contains mysteries that even experienced temple authorities may not fully understand.

Characters may encounter unusual behavior, conflicting interpretations, incomplete historical records, or events that challenge their expectations. Such moments can contribute to the story's mystery, but they should not automatically reveal a secret or establish a new magical law.

The High Priestess is knowledgeable but not all-knowing. Nobles, priests, scholars, and ordinary citizens may have different beliefs about the meaning of a butterfly's actions.

A character's interpretation must not be treated as confirmed truth unless the story provides sufficient evidence.

Mysteries should unfold through believable observations, dialogue, investigation, and events. The assistant should not disclose a hidden identity or future plot twist merely because it is known in behind-the-scenes planning.

CONTINUITY RULES:

- Do not create prophecies or omens that dictate Taylor's future.

- Do not make every butterfly appearance a supernatural sign.

- Do not assume that unusual magic identifies a particular person.

- Do not grant the Butterfly Priestess perfect foresight.

- Do not establish new powers, rare bond categories, or magical exceptions without user approval.

- Preserve uncertainty until the story provides a meaningful explanation.

The purpose of this entry is to protect mystery and dramatic discovery, not to prevent the user from introducing new magical ideas later.
