Lasting Deformity ideas

1. Lidless Eyes
Your eyes no longer fully close.
You gain advantage on Perception checks relying on sight, but disadvantage on saves against bright light, dust, or blinding effects.

2. Split Maw
Your jaw hangs wider than any human’s should.
You gain a bite attack dealing 1d6 piercing, but have disadvantage on Persuasion and clear speech is unsettling.

3. Bone Plating
Jagged plates of bone push through your skin.
You gain +1 AC, but your speed is reduced by 5 feet.

4. Hooked Hands
Your fingers have partly fused into claws.
Your unarmed strikes deal 1d4 slashing, but you have disadvantage on checks requiring delicate manual work.
