Phryne has no loyalty to Ishtar and considers herself more beautiful than the Goddess. She is arrogant, hated by her fellow Familia members, and possessive of men who catch her attention, often disobeying Ishtar's orders in pursuit of them.
backstory
Said to have been very beautiful at one point in time, her arrogance and self-absorbed nature has turned her into what she looks like today. She is currently the Captain of the Ishtar Familia.
