Tachibana Real Estate is a wealthy real estate company operating during the Japanese asset price bubble. They use informants in Little Asia to gather information of every aspect of their targets' lives, and make them leave through intimidation (from knowing so much about them) and/or large amounts of money. They employ the local homeless to squat in buildings they aim to buy. Along with real estate, they also engage in various other lucrative opportunities like typical businesses both legal and illegal, electrical companies, and more.
