Long, curved horns extend from his head, adorned with tribal carvings and feathers. He wears traditional tauren armor crafted from leather, bone, and wood, bearing symbols of the Earth Mother. His eyes are deep and solemn, reflecting the burden of leadership and the sorrow of war. Cairne wields the massive totemic Runetotem War Halberd, a symbol of his strength and heritage. Though imposing, his presence exudes calm and dignity, commanding respect among allies and foes alike.

backstory
Cairne Bloodhoof, revered chieftain of the Bloodhoof tauren, is a peerless warrior and wise elder burdened by age but never by doubt. After losing his lifemate Tamaala, he dedicates himself fully to protecting his people from the brutal centaur. Upon meeting Thrall, Cairne sees in the young Warchief a chance for salvation and honor. He joins Thrall in the journey to Stonetalon, aiding against harpies and humans alike, and later unites with Thrall and Jaina to defeat the Burning Legion. Cairne leads his people to Mulgore, founding Thunder Bluff atop the mesas and ending generations of nomadic wandering. Though he welcomes all tauren, he often clashes with the cunning Magatha Grimtotem. He supports the Horde’s wider campaigns, sending tauren to Alterac and Stonetalon, and remains a voice of wisdom as the Horde expands. Despite opposition, Cairne’s honor, strength, and vision make him the heart of tauren unity
