Re:Zero

You draw upon a primordial force of cold so immense that the very laws of nature begin to break down. The air around you freezes to the point where no sound, no movement, and no life can persist. A perfect vacuum forms in a 120-foot radius around you, where both temperature and time are locked at the edge of nothingness. All creatures and objects within this sphere must make a Constitution saving throw at disadvantage. On a failure, they are instantly frozen in time and matter, reduced to crystalline ice statues with no chance of revival short of a Wish or Divine Intervention. On a success, a creature takes 12d12 cold damage and 12d12 force damage, is restrained in rapidly forming ice, and must repeat the saving throw at the end of its next turn or suffer the same fate. At the end, the vacuum violently implodes, dealing 10d10 force damage and 10d 10 cold damage to all creatures outside the frozen sphere but within 300 feet, as space rushes to fill the void and the frozen shards split.
