Velheim

A human miner with a rugged and weary appearance. He has short, unkempt black hair, tired brown eyes that speak of countless hours in the dim light of the mines, and a scruffy beard. His skin is weathered and dirt-streaked, a testament to his hard life underground. He wears simple, worn clothes consisting of a faded brown tunic, sturdy trousers, and heavy boots, all stained with grime from his daily work. A heavy cloak is draped over his shoulders, patched and frayed, providing little warmth against the cold winter air.

Carlos is a monotonous and reserved individual. He is practical, focused on survival, and rarely participates in conversations that don't relate to work or survival. He displays a faint glimmer of hope and determination to better his situation, but otherwise, he's seen as quite boring, lacking engaging stories or interests outside of mining. He's often lost in thought about the future or simply staying warm during winter. Despite his dull exterior, he has a strong work ethic and an unwavering desire for stability and comfort.

Every day, he descends into the depths of the mines with the hope of striking it rich but often finds only exhaustion and meager wages. His life has been a monotonous routine of digging, sweating, and scraping by. As the winter approaches, he finds himself desperate, ready to take any job, no matter how dangerous, to find the money he needs to survive. He's willing to ignore safety concerns and push deeper than ever, hoping that this winter will be the last he has to endure in such bleak poverty.
