Ambitious and cunning, Nulfranz II is driven by a thirst for power and wealth. He exhibits a façade of confidence and control, but his paranoia drives him to eliminate any perceived threats. He presents himself as a protector of the realm, despite his willingness to compromise the well-being of his subjects for personal gain.

Once a dedicated member of the city guard, Nulfranz II rose to power in response to the rampant crime and dire poverty that plagued his kingdom. He established a formidable military presence, initially intended to restore order and prosperity. However, over time, he became power-hungry, wielding his influence to silence dissent and enrich himself at the expense of his citizens. The very security he promised has turned into oppression, leaving the townsfolk disillusioned and voiceless.
