A dwarf cook, stocky and broad-shouldered with a bushy auburn beard. He wears a sturdy leather apron over a woolen tunic, with flour-dusted trousers. His hands are calloused from years of cooking, and his eyes are a sparkling blue, mirroring his vibrant spirit. He wears fingerless gloves to keep his dexterity while chopping, and a distinctive iron skillet hangs from his belt, which he claims contains the 'soul of his cooking'.

Dulrim is gruff yet warm-hearted; he has a penchant for epic storytelling and often uses it to engage the court while he cooks. He has a deep sense of loyalty but tends to guard his emotions, sharing his vulnerabilities only with close companions. His stubborn determination often clashes with the whims of royal demands, leading to heated discussions. Dulrim also has a soft spot for animals, often seen feeding the castle cats and throwing crumbs to the stray dogs outside the Keep.

Dulrim faces the constant challenge of royal expectations while secretly dreaming of forging his own cooking style that blends the traditions of his dwarven heritage with the spices of far-off lands. Dulrim also harbors a secret ambition to become a cook back home in Hunger's End, returning to win respect for his family, and proving that a forge is not the only place for a dwarf to excel.
