Aedirn
Aedirn is one of the Northern Kingdoms. Its neighbours are Kaedwen, Redania, Temeria, Mahakam, Lyria and Rivia. Its eastern border are the Blue Mountains. Dol Blathanna, the Valley of Flowers, ruled by elven sorceress Enid an Gleanna is located within Aedirn. The capital city of Aedirn is Vengerberg, the home of famous sorceress Yennefer. The king of Aedirn is Demavend.
Kaedwen
the largest of the Northern Kingdoms (and the second largest country in the Continent, next to Nilfgaard). Its main cities are its capital, Ard Carraigh, and the city of Ban Ard, famous for its sorcery school. It is also known for its cold and unforgiving climate, along with the many forests within its borders.
Nilfgaard
Nilfgaard or Lower Alba is the core region of the Nilfgaardian Empire. At the mouth of river Alba is its capital. When the Imperator isn't in the capital, he usually resides in his summer palace at Loc Grim lake. In contrast to views commonly held by Nordlings, the Empire's subjects consider this region's inhabitants to be "real" Nilfgaardians; humans of superior heritage – due to their elven ancestry – who speak a dialect derived from Elder Speech.
Redania
is a wealthy realm which profits from trade and agriculture and one of the Four Kingdoms. The capital city of Redania is Tretogor; other prominent cities include Oxenfurt, with the largest university in the Northern Realms, and the free city of Novigrad. The kingdom's neighbors are Kovir, Caingorn, Kaedwen, Aedirn, and Temeria.
Skellige
is an archipelago and one of the Northern Kingdoms. The group of six islands is situated in the Great Sea, off the coast of Cintra and southwest of Cidaris and Verden. It's legendary, famous for the unrivaled corsairs and swift longships that sail many seas.
Temeria
Temeria is one of the northern kingdoms, lying south of the Pontar river. Its neighbors are Redania, Kerack, Kaedwen, Aedirn, Mahakam, Lower Sodden, and Cidaris. After the first and second wars, Temeria profited the most out of the defeat of Nilfgaard, expanding its borders as far south as Angren and Riverdell, reaching the Amell mountains. But the Kingdom also received a heavy blow regarding its economy, which forced it to buy goods from their southern neighbor.
Zerrikania
Zerrikania is a vast human realm located to the east of both the Northern Kingdoms and the Nilfgaardian Empire.[N 1] Isolated from the westerners by mountain ranges, deserts and wastelands, it is often perceived as a mysterious land of warrior women, dragon cults and exotic beasts.
