Origins:
@Abyssal Pactbearer are warlocks who forged bonds with deep-sea entities—kraken lords, drowned gods, or abyssal leviathans. Their tradition began among sailors who drowned but returned, carrying whispers from the deep.
Philosophy:
They believe power lies in surrender—to let the abyss fill them with strength. They walk the edge between mortal and monster, trusting the deep to grant them favor.
Training:
No two @Abyssal Pactbearer train alike. Each is chosen by their patron. Their trials often involve near-drowning, visions in the dark, and carving abyssal runes into their flesh.
Role in @Aethertide :
They are feared as cultists, pirates, and prophets of the deep. Some become ship-bound warlocks, their patrons whispering course and fate into their ears.
