The @Black Nine are the blood-forged elite of Aethertide’s pirate world—nine legendary captains, each commanding a portion of the sea with terrifying authority. Bound by pact, coin, and blood, they form a council of chaos where respect is earned through power, fear, and unbreakable reputation.

@Morn Draeven – Pirate King of Aethertide

Supreme leader of the Black Nine and undisputed overlord of Aethertide’s deadliest waters. Morn Draeven is a myth made flesh: cruel, calculating, and nearly supernatural.

  • Said to have bartered his soul with a deep-sea god for command of a ghost fleet

  • His flagship is rumored to phase through storms and shadow

  • When he speaks, tides shift and silence falls

Each member of the Nine holds a soulbound gold coin, engraved with their personal sigil:

  • Resists duplication, teleportation, and divination

  • Bound to its owner's blood and soul

  • When all nine are united, they unlock the Vault of Tides beneath @Bloodtide Council Isle

Agenda & Power

The Nine exist to:

  • Control illicit trade, piracy routes, and hidden troves

  • Enforce their own laws through Bloodtide Pacts

  • Hunt wavetraitors and betrayers of pirate law

  • Possibly look for an alliance with @Stormshroud Shogunate

Though united in name, rivalries run deep. The only law they all obey is the command of the Ninth Coin.

Seat of Power: @Bloodtide Council Isle

A sacred neutral ground where no blood may be spilled. Located in the @Bloodtide Archipelago , the isle houses:
