A warlike and expansionist regime from the distant, storm-veiled archipelago of Nami no Kuni, the Stormshroud Shogunate is ruled by a council of sea-generals under the Crimson Wave Standard. Known for their unmatched discipline, storm-bound warships, and mastery of both sea and sky combat, they train relentlessly for conquest.

While the Kaijinsei exile themselves to heal and preserve, the Shogunate seeks to dominate and reshape foreign seas. Its fleets remain beyond the reach of Aethertide—for now—but storm scouts have been sighted testing distant currents.

Symbols & Colors: The Crimson Wave Standard—black sailcloth embroidered with a crashing crimson tide, often marked with the golden kanji for “Victory.”
