Tidekeeper

Origins:
Born among the tidepriests of the @Tideblessed Covenant , @Tidekeeper are druids who embody the ebb and flow of the ocean. They were first known in the Evermire Sargassum and Luminara Trench, where they protected sacred sea routes and living reefs.

Philosophy:
To a @Tidekeeper , the sea is balance—life and death, calm and storm. Their purpose is to preserve that balance, protecting natural flows against mortal greed or corruption. They believe the ocean remembers every disruption, and it must be healed.

Training:
@Tidekeeper learn from circle elders, who pass down coral staves and barnacle cloaks. Their initiations often involve diving into deep trenches to commune with ancient leviathan bones.

Role in @Aethertide :
They act as guardians of natural sea routes, advisors to captains, and protectors of isles. Their powers allow them to summon marine creatures, control tides, and transform into sea-beasts.

Signature Traits:

  • Shaping water and tides.

  • Transforming into sharks, seals, or krakens.

  • Summoning coral growth to defend allies.

  • Calling leviathan spirits for guidance.

  • Thalos Driftwood: Known for transforming into a whale to save a sinking fleet.

Cultural Perception:

  • To the @Tideblessed Covenant , they are priests and warriors both.

  • To the @Free Keys , they are mistrusted as meddlers.

  • To the @Coral Regency , they are kin-spirits protecting reef harmony.

  • To the @Stormcallers’ Covenant , they are rivals in interpreting the ocean’s will.
