Its stated goal is providing stable harness of an unstable power for society's benefit, training recruits to master the nethereal without self-destruction.
Governance
@The Grey Order is governed by a council appointed directly by Imperator @Aravon Torundrias. Council members oversee operations from the @Xanarion system while maintaining agents across @Paradin Imperium space. Sanctioned Minds sit on sector councils, advise military commanders, and monitor civilian populations through psionic sweeps that detect unauthorized power use.
Training
@The Grey Order provides rigorous but effective instruction to recruits who comply with its mandated training protocols, successfully transforming @Wild Psions into sanctioned @Tempered Psions. For those who refuse or cannot comply, @The Grey Order reserves specific facilities. @The Quiet Cells on @Xanarion III hold inmates for three to eight months before transfer to experimentation facilities such as @The Halls of Torment, which force manifestation through conventional pain induction, recording outbursts with conventional surveillance and physical restraints. @The Grey Order extracts data while subjects undergo continuous sessions, cataloguing results in physical ledgers.
