Wolves have lived beside humans for centuries, ruled by the modern Alpha/Beta/Omega system, but newly recovered ancient texts reveal an older way: Velor, Thalen, Anara, Luna, Solaris, and bloodlines the Apex Court tried to erase.

Before We Were Kings is a lore-heavy modern werewolf world focused on mystery, pack politics, found family, emotional bonds, ancient secrets, slow-burn romance, and hidden supernatural history. This world contains werewolf society, secondary genders, instinct, bonding, heat/rut themes, political manipulation, secret organizations, historical conspiracies, and possible mature/dark themes depending on the story path. Player note: The world uses custom lore. Alpha/Beta/Omega exists, but it is not the oldest truth. Ancient wolf society was built around Velor (Alpha), Thalen (Beta), Anara (Omega), races with Luna (female), and Solaris (male) bloodlines.
