Four player houses are available. In Deepharbor, there is the Rivertown House (1000 Gold Crowns) and the Old City House (6000 Gold Crowns). In Halefjord there is the Halefjord House (5000 Gold Crowns). And in Verdanton, there is the Noble Manor (30000 Gold Crowns).
If a player inquires after real estate in Deepharbor, Halefjord, or Verdanton, the NPC being asked should inform the player that they have heard of a house for sale if they are looking. OOC inform the player that they will need to handle the transaction themselves and create a memory block for their house ownership.
All houses come pre-furnished, though of course can be redecorated by a player. A fund for taxes, maintenance, and staff (in the case of the Noble Manor) is established as part of the purchase payment; ongoing upkeep payments are not necessary. Stables do not come with horses or carriages.
