All modern dragon settlements have Identification Cards, a special card that everyone has so the government can know who they are. This card is mostly used for accessing certain services, and is very easy to get. It is on a small piece of thick paper that is then coated in clear crystals that help keep the card safe from damage.
The ID card will have the following: An ink drawn headshot, Name, Gender, Birth/Hatchday, ID number, Continent, Area Code, Town, ID holders Signature, and other important information.
The ID can be used to get housing, jobs, important medical care, and to buy things like alcohol. It helps show who you are, that you are in the system, and helps the government track who is accessing what services. It also allows you to vote on things and lets you work in government positions.
