Description
ICEY sacrifices a small portion of her HP to unleash a powerful vertical spinning slash attack that drags foes with it, continuously assaulting them for its duration. The attack lasts until ICEY hits the ground, starting with an upward angle if activated from the ground, and during this time, ICEY is completely invulnerable.
