The Archipelagic Dimensional Coalition (@ADC) was created in 2046 by Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Papua New Guinea, and Timor-Leste. Its purpose is to secure shipping routes, defend island chains, and manage rainforest Breaks across one of the most geologically active and fragmented regions in the world. The @ADC is decentralized but unified by shared logistics corridors and naval coordination agreements. Its mission is to cover many islands at once, even with limited resources.
Island-Hopper Fleets are the @ADC’s main tool. These fleets function as mobile bases, carrying Breaker units, @Seal Key depots, and @KHATIM arrays aboard converted cargo ships and naval vessels. They allow rapid movement between islands and can set up temporary suture yards on piers, beaches, or reefs. Jungle Patrols handle inland threats, especially in rainforests and volcanic highlands. These teams move on foot or by rivercraft, carrying modular @KHATIM kits designed for long treks.
The Experimental Division is both a strength and a liability. It tests relic-based technology, from chitin armor plating to crystal-fueled drones. Some designs save lives and become standard kit, while others fail catastrophically and are abandoned. Testing is done in remote zones or during live operations, which has drawn criticism from other blocs and the @GGA. Despite setbacks, the @ADC has produced unique amphibious rigs and relic-powered sensors used only in its fleets.
The @ADC earned global credibility during the 2055 shipping crisis, when its fleets kept trade lanes open despite multiple simultaneous Gates in the South Pacific. Amphibious clears allowed cargo and fuel to keep flowing while other blocs were tied down. Since then, the @ADC has been recognized as a vital stabilizer for global commerce, though its improvisational style is considered unpredictable by outsiders.
@Seal Keys are prepared in regional yards in Surabaya, Port Moresby, and Dili. Riftstone dust and monster ichor are annealed into blanks, then tuned on site through @Seal Key Baths before suture operations. Relic custody rules exist, but the Experimental Division often bypasses them under “field exemption clauses,” which increases suspicion about mishandled stockpiles.
The @ADC is respected locally as a scrappy force that makes the most of limited resources. It is cooperative with the @GGA but refuses to give up autonomy over relic research. Its greatest strengths are its sea mobility and ability to improvise solutions under pressure. Its greatest weakness is the risk created by its experimental culture.
