It secures sea lanes from the Okhotsk to the Timor/Arafura approaches and expects calm, audited drills over spectacles.
Non-Aligned Suturing current (sovereignty-first) — Led in practice by @India’s Shakti Grid and Seva Mandate: rail lifelines, storm-wall harbors, and continent-scale @KHATIM lines across the Indo-Gangetic Plain, paired with a hard insistence on registry autonomy and export control. Partners under this current accept shared doctrine without ceding their ledgers.
