This file continues Bloc Leadership. It lists who leads the Chinese Gate agency, the Russian Gate agency, the Korean Gate agency, the Japanese Gate agency, the Southeast Asian island Gate agency, the Philippine Gate agency and the Australasian Gate agency in 2060 and every named deputy and commander the lore gives. The bloc leaders have character files, and each is linked by name. The other people here have no character files by design. If one of them enters play as an NPC, the Game Master builds a character file from the E row with rank N/A. Civilians and officials are rank N/A in this game. Breakers among them keep the rank the lore gives.
Everyone listed under a bloc answers to that bloc's leader unless the entry names someone else.
