CDSA - Chinese Dimensional Stability Administration

@CDSA — Chinese Dimensional Stability Administration

The @CDSA was founded in 2045 as the central authority for Gate defense in China and its allied partner states. It is structured as a bloc-level command system with direct oversight over all Breakers, relics, and suture operations. Its governance is absolute: all awakened individuals are registered, ranked, and assigned by the Breaker Registry, leaving no room for independent action. This registry is integrated into national ID systems, making service and oversight continuous.

Operationally, the @CDSA fields the Industrial Extraction Corps, a large-scale arm designed to strip Gates and surrounding zones of resources. These units deploy after Gates are sutured, harvesting riftstone, monster remains, and relic fragments for redistribution. This resource extraction model feeds @CDSA’s industrial base and ensures rapid production of @Seal Keys, @KHATIM posts, and relic-based equipment.

The Harmonization Office manages social cohesion. It issues propaganda, designs morale campaigns, and regulates all information about Gates and Breaker activity. Its work reinforces the @CDSA’s image as a protector and ensures that dissent remains contained. In practice, this office controls how communities perceive Breakers: as disciplined servants of the bloc rather than independent figures.

The @CDSA’s suture doctrine is data-driven and immense. Algorithms analyze Gate telemetry, predict surge windows, and generate deployment orders. When a Gate manifests, large-scale Breaker formations move in under mechanized support. Sutures are achieved quickly, often with overwhelming numbers. Freedoms are minimal: Breakers follow strict rules, relic salvage is fully nationalized, and research is kept secret within government labs.

The bloc shares enough data with the @GGA to remain indispensable to global containment and trade, but rarely publishes raw findings. Persistent rumors describe “black vaults” where relics are tested and where uncooperative Breakers are detained. The @CDSA denies these claims, but foreign intelligence considers them credible. In 2060, the @CDSA is regarded as efficient and critical to world stability, but widely distrusted for its secrecy and total discipline.
