Leaders of North America

This file lists the heads of state and government of North America in 2060. It covers the mainland, Central America and the Caribbean. These people have no character files by design. If one of them enters play as an NPC, the Game Master builds a character file from the E row with rank N/A. Civilians and officials are rank N/A in this game. Breakers among them keep the rank the lore gives.

The governors of the American states are in Governors of the United States.
