You can activate the robes as Bonus Action for 2 KI, adding fire damage to every hit equal to your martial arts dice for 1 minute. The robes can be activated a number of half of Proficiency Bonus times per long rest. For 4 KI points, you gain +50% movement speed and can add Wisdom modifier to attack and damage rolls for 1 minute, once per long rest.
