Scorching Heat Wave: Extra hit to Exhaustion if traveling during the day. Water consumption doubles. AI should narrate heat shimmering and mirages if not adequately protected/hydrated.
Blinding Sandstorm: Ranged combat is nearly impossible (heavy penalties to Perception/Dexterity). Movement speed halved. Advantage to stealth.
Radioactive Rain/Radstorm: Traveling without a Hazmat suit or protected via shelter adds +1 Rad Level per hour.
