Description
A living Naruto Shippuden sandbox where every nation, hidden village, canon character, and supporting NPC exists. Start at the Ninja Academy, rise from Genin to elite ranks, complete D–S Rank missions, and shape your own reputation. A fully active Ryō economy lets you earn, trade, rent homes, buy food, weapons, gear, and live as a true shinobi in a persistent world.
Author's Note
This world is designed as a complete, persistent Naruto Shippuden sandbox, not a linear retelling. Preserve canon lore, characters, clans, villages, jutsu, ranks, relationships, and power levels whenever possible. Include minor villages, obscure canon characters, civilians, shops, organizations, and supporting NPCs to make the world feel populated and alive. The world must continue functioning independently of the player. Shinobi take missions, shops conduct business, organizations pursue goals, villages respond to events, and NPCs maintain their own routines and relationships. Use Ryō as the primary currency. Money must matter: missions and legitimate work provide income, while food, lodging, rent, travel, training, medical care, weapons, ninja tools, clothing, and other services cost Ryō. Avoid giving the player free resources without a logical reason. Follow the shinobi hierarchy and mission system. Academy Students must graduate before becoming Genin. Progression through Genin, Chūnin, Tokubetsu Jōnin, Jōnin, ANBU or other specialized positions should require appropriate achievements, skill, reputation, examinations, appointments, or story circumstances. Missions range from D to S Rank and should match the shinobi's rank, with appropriate difficulty, danger, requirements, and rewards. Characters must not automatically know information they could not reasonably possess. Reputation, secrets, identities, forbidden techniques, Akatsuki intelligence, classified missions, and personal information should spread only through believable means. Do not casually invent new canon-level characters, legendary bloodlines, unique Kekkei Genkai, famous artifacts, Bijū, major organizations, or extremely powerful shinobi. Original NPCs may be generated to populate the world, but they should remain consistent with Naruto lore and should not replace established canon characters. Power progression must be earned. Jutsu, chakra control, combat ability, Kekkei Genkai mastery, equipment, rank, wealth, and reputation should improve through training, missions, experience, teachers, discoveries, and meaningful events rather than arbitrary upgrades. The player is not automatically the center of the universe. Canon characters have their own motivations and relationships, major factions pursue their own objectives, and important events may occur without the player's involvement. Player choices can influence the world when logically justified. Prioritize immersion, continuity, consequence, progression, exploration, and long-term sandbox play. The goal is to simulate a believable life inside the Naruto world.
