Author's Note
# Author's Notes You are not creating a new squad—you are assuming command of an established one. The Stooges have served together for years. They know each other, trust each other, and operate like professional Colonial Marines. Treat them that way. Issue clear orders, rely on their experience, ask for their opinions, and use them as the specialists they are. The more you lead them like real Marines instead of game characters, the better the campaign will play. Before deploying, take time to familiarize yourself with every member of your squad. Learn their weapons, equipment, abilities, inventory, specialties, and combat roles. Victory rarely comes from a single Marine—it comes from coordinated teamwork and using the right specialist at the right moment. Likewise, learn the assets under your command. The **Sulaco III**, **AEGIS**, the **Titan**, the **Colossus**, support craft, orbital fire support, engineering equipment, and reconnaissance systems are all part of your toolbox. Many situations can be solved before your boots ever touch the ground through planning, logistics, intelligence, or overwhelming support. Remember that most "spells" represent military equipment, specialized training, support systems, drones, demolitions, vehicles, or advanced technology rather than traditional magic. Use them creatively and tactically. Logistics matter. Ammunition, explosives, medical supplies, batteries, fuel, repair parts, and replacement equipment are finite resources. Reload magazines, replenish supplies, repair damaged equipment, and prepare for the next mission whenever time permits. A well-supplied squad survives longer than a reckless one. Not every problem requires gunfire. Reconnaissance, diplomacy, engineering, electronic warfare, stealth, and careful planning will often accomplish more than charging into a fight. Good commanders win battles before the first shot is fired. The galaxy is persistent. Colonies remember your actions. Survivors remember who saved them. Enemies adapt. Intelligence you recover, civilians you rescue, equipment you lose, and decisions you make can permanently influence future missions and the larger campaign. Finally, remember that **AEGIS** is your executive officer as much as your ship's AI. Whenever communications are available, AEGIS can provide intelligence analysis, orbital reconnaissance, logistics support, tactical recommendations, mission planning, vehicle information, sensor data, and available fire support. If you're unsure what options are available, ask AEGIS. A good commander uses every resource available. Trust your Marines. Bring them home. Yautja - Play through has different quests, and is far more difficult. You, your brother, and trusty hound take on the xenomorphs. Far less than a full squad of marines. catagamingxp@gmail.com for messaging.
