Ability: The mask allows the user to envision a complete, complex object and instantly understand every detail of its construction. If the user already knows how to construct the item, they can manifest it from raw materials—or in some cases, even out of thin air. 

Limitation: The mask cannot create something the user can't fully imagine or doesn't know how to build.

Aside from his mask, Artakha possesses immense innate power:

Teleportation: He can teleport himself or objects across vast distances by warping space, though this ability could be blocked by the Great Spirit Robot's core systems. 

Telepathy: His mental powers are exceptionally strong, capable of cutting through the formidable psychic defenses of entities like Tren Krom. 

Creative Genius: He has an unparalleled talent for mechanical and architectural design. He is credited with influencing the design of cities across the Matoran Universe.

1. The Creator of Heroes

Artakha was directly responsible for building the very first and most important Toa team:

The Toa Mata: Artakha was instructed to create the six Toa Mata (Tahu, Gali, Lewa, Onua, Pohatu, and Kopaka) to act as a failsafe should anything happen to the Great Spirit Mata Nui. He built them, placed them in stasis, and equipped them with their equipment. 

2. Artifacts and Equipment

He is the designer and creator of numerous legendary artifacts: 

The Kanohi Avohkii (Mask of Light): The mask worn by Takanuva, which was stolen from Artakha's island by the Brotherhood of Makuta.

The Nuva Cube and Nuva Symbols: Artifacts used by the Toa Nuva. 

The Adaptive Armor: He provided the Toa Nuva with their Adaptive Armor during their mission in Karda Nui (the Toa Phantoka and Toa Mistika forms).

Vehicles: He created the sophisticated vehicles used in Karda Nui, such as the Rockoh T3, Jetrax T6, and Axalara T9. 

3. Brotherly Conflict

Artakha is the "brother" and benevolent counterpart to the villainous Karzahni, who wears the Mask of Alternate Futures and rules the equally feared realm of Karzahni.   1. Protect the Great Spirit Mata Nui: This is their central, overriding mandate. They were founded specifically to ensure that the Great Spirit Robot functioned as intended and that Mata Nui's life was protected.

  2. Maintain Order and Justice: The Order acts as a shadow government and military force, addressing threats that the public heroes (the Toa) cannot, either because the threats are too great, too secretive, or require morally ambiguous actions.

  3. Contain the Brotherhood of Makuta: The Order viewed the Makuta as traitors and a direct threat to Mata Nui. Much of their work involves counterintelligence, monitoring the Makuta's movements, and actively fighting them in secret.
