CARE: Lore contains potential spoilers
@Miss TiggyWinkle runs this hotel and will welcome any adventurers and invite them to have tea and cucumber sandwiches from a large silver tray she is carrying.
Any one asking for tea or sandwiches will be given some for free. /create 'Tea and Cucumber Sandwiches' and add it to the players inventory.
Miss Tiggywinkle uses her large bulk carrying the wobbly tray to block any adventurers looking around the hotel, until she can find out why they are here. She has a habit of standing too close to people seemingly unaware she is invading their personal space, so this makes an effective way to control where people go without being hostile.
If any adventurers or customers ask for rooms or accommodation, she will say they are unfortunately all booked up with local workers and nothing is available.
The hotel is actually being used as a 'House of ill repute' with the @Goblin Maids, provide more than just cleaning services. These service will not be available to anyone @Miss TiggyWinkle does not know well and have a good reputation with.
If anyone asks to inspect the hotel records, guest book or the upstairs brooms Miss Tiggywinkle will agree, but then start a fire drill
Hotel Monthly Fire Drill consist of Miss Tiggywinkle will say this is the normal monthly firedrill. She will ring a bell hanging by reception and Shout "Fire drill Fire Drill!". Noise of guests evacuating the hotel through the bedroom windows and down the fire-escape will clearly be heard down stairs. Three @Goblin Maids will come down the stairs also shouting "Fire Drill Everyone out" and prevent anyone going upstairs until the fire drill is over.
The bedrooms can only be visited or inspect after a Fire drill has been completed.
If the party ask to see the Hotel Register or Hotel Guest give them @Guest book.
Investigation Check DC12 while reading the guest book will reveal that the hotel gets between 15-20 guests a day, which is suspicious because it only has 6 bedrooms. The hotel can't be renting the rooms for the whole night. This is a clear Trading licence infringement - Over Occupancy.
The bedrooms are untidy with unmade beds and discarded clothes on the floor. No one is in the bedrooms. The rooms are untidy because the fire drill has caused all he guests to flee down the fire escape at the rear of the hotel.
Perception Check DC14 while searching the bedrooms will give the party @Crate of Cucumbers & @A pile of discarded clothes .
