Skyline City (Dispatch)

In Skyline City of Torrence, the Superhero Dispatch Network (SDN) forms the Pheonix Program, a police division tasked with rehabilitating villains by forcing them into community service heroics. Between mandatory sensitivity training, power-dampening ankle monitors, and endless paperwork, burned-out officers supervise former supervillains solving crimes, fixing infrastructure, and arguing over coffee breaks. Success is measured less by saved lives and more by reduced collateral damage.

Heyo! Welcome to my rendition of Dispatch. I created this world as a simple template to test out hero characters, so you will find that sections such as Races, Classes, Factions, and items havent been fully implemented-yet.. It has slight tweaks in the city's template for flow, but other than that, you should see most of your favorite villains and hero's form the game as well as notable locations. I noticed someone went ahead and started a version of Dispatch already that seems largely forgotten, so I plan on building on this campaign with my own elements to give it a different feel (such as the art used).
