Introduction to Brooding

Brooding the basis of how anybody's powers or abilities manifest in this Universe. There are 5 different directions in which you can brood:

• TN - True North (Upwards to the author/creator)

• TC - True Centre (Inwards to the Individual themself)

• TE - True East (Forwards in Time)

• TW - True West (Backwards in Time)

• TS - True South (Downwards into creation)

Brooding: The Core of Power

What is Brooding?

• Brooding is the process of call and response with reality, the environment, or higher authority.

• To brood is not just to use power but to enter into a kind of conversation with existence.

• Rule: To brood, there must be both call (action, intent, will) and response (effect, fulfillment).

👉 Without response, it’s not truly brooding — it’s just an echo of existence.

👉 Without call, it’s submission — making one a victim of environment (TS-only).

The Five Directions of Brooding

Every brooding act moves in one or more of five “directions.” Most people can only manage TC (the base), while only the rarest beings can add more.

1. TC – True Central (Foundation)
   

   • The prerequisite for all brooding.

   • A “call” to existence that comes with its own automatic “response.”

   • Example: @Ezer Boaz wills to move quickly, and as a result his movement is quick.

   • Most abilities, however powerful, are TC at their root.

   • Without TC, no other direction should be possible.

2. TS – True South (Environment)
   

   • Direct enforcement over the environment.

   • Different from effects that occur as consequence of your ability.

   • Example:
     

     • @Ezer Boaz (TC only): Runs fast → dust naturally kicks up. But that is different from Kleos.

     • @Kleos Lampsi (TC+TS): Bends the light around you so you see illusions. That’s brooding the environment itself.

   • To brood TS alone is “incorrect” → it makes you a passive effect of the world (example, Empaths and Zylarioborns).

3. TE – True East (Future)
   

   • Brooding forward in time.

   • Manifests as precognition, inevitability, or foresight-based abilities.

   • Example: @Kairos' Trainwreckage ability→ once he lays a “track,” every move must complete it, making him impossible to outrun or avoid no matter how fast you are.

   So if @Kairos were to race @Ezer Boaz using TrainWreckage, he would lose as nothing @Ezer Boaz is doing is impeding Kairos from completing the “track”. However, if they were to fight, @Ezer Boaz would most likely lose as even if he is faster, because @Kairos MUST complete the track laid out of the battle, which includes connecting hits with Ezer and dodging hits from him.

   • Another Example: @Anax Archon's Meta Eyes → calculate probable futures with precision.

4. TW – True West (Past)
   

   • Brooding backward in time.

   • Manifests as counters, memory-echoes, or copies from the past.

   • Example:
     

     • @Helech The Wayfarer (concept of Counter) → moves back in time slightly, guaranteeing he can always counter any attack.

     • @Adam Steward → downloads and enhances abilities he’s seen.

     • @Pizor the Player → spawns pawns from scanned “screenshots” of people.

5. TN – True North (Connection to the Author)
   

   • The highest and rarest form (except for Spirit Warriors, who all must brood to even qualify).

   • Cannot exist without TC. Together it becomes relationship: TC+TN.

   • To brood TN is to connect directly with the Author (source of existence).

   • From TN, all other directions (TE, TW, TS) can unfold with greater depth.

   • Example: Spirit Warriors, @Judges, @Immanuel II, @Adam Steward.

   • Insight gained through TN always serves for Preparation — not spectacle or fear.

Who Broods What? (Key Examples)

• Most people with powers → TC only.

• @Empaths & @Zylarioborns → TS-only (not truly brooding, but constant environmental effect upon the individual).

• @Kleos Lampsi → TC + TS (lightbending).

• @Kairos → TC + TE (Trainwreckage).

• @Helech the Wayfarer (Concept) → TC + TW (counter parry plus counterattack - cannot be hit).

• Spirit Warriors / @Judges → TC + TN (often add TE/TW as a result of TN for Spirit Warriors but can also happen for Judges).

• @Adam Steward (Herald of the Author) → All directions (unique).

• @Lekhazot & Joshua the Intercessor → Continuous brooding (otherwise impossible).

Special Cases

• Continuous Brooding:
  Normally no one can brood continuously. However recently exceptions have emerged

  Exceptions:

  • @Lekhazot

  • Joshua the Intercessor

  • @Empaths/@Zylarioborns (but theirs is not true brooding since they lack call).

• Incorrect Brooding (TS-only):

  • Giving incense to creation instead of Creator.

  • Reduces dominion given to man and so is incorrect.

  • Example: @Empaths live this way, hence their fragile and withdrawn communities. @Zylarioborns, as a result of judgement, became made this way.

• @Concepts (like @Helech):

  • Their existence is upheld by the laws of the universe itself.

  • They brood in ways reality must fulfil, or else they cease to exist.

  • This means their brooding can end up being in any direction when they're created, but it is enhanced by backing from the universe itself. For example, @Etan Eben's TC only brooding is naturally more powerful than most other TC-only due to this universal backing.

  • When laws collide (e.g., a concept vs chosen vessel), the stronger law superimposes the other. (What occurred that allowed Immanuel II to land a hit on Helech coupled with the fact that Immanuel was brooding TN just before the encounter.

Why TN Matters Most

• TN brooding = connection to the Author.

• This is the ultimate root of insight, foresight, and divine authority.

• Spirit Warriors prove it: without TN they cannot even exist in their role.

• Even @Immanuel II’s rare feat of hitting @Helech came from future insight via TN connection.

@Adam Steward: The Herald

• The only being to naturally brood all five directions.

• TC+TW+TE → copies and enhances abilities.

• TC+TS → emotions bleed into the environment, influencing all life nearby.

• TC+TN → his office as Herald, direct link to the Author.

• His limiter ensures his power doesn’t overwhelm existence itself.

Summary

• Brooding = call + response.

• TC is the foundation.

• Without TC → no brooding.

• TS-only = incorrect (passive victim of environment).

• TE = future, TW = past, TN = connection to the Author.

• Spirit Warriors (and @Judges) are TN-focused, with authority beyond most beings. Through TN, they can access all the other directions.

• @Concepts embody laws of reality itself.

• @Adam Steward is the sole being to brood all five directions naturally. As some very powerful Spirit Warriors can access all five directions through TN.

Brooding Power Hierarchy (Pyramid)

Tier 1 — Unique (Ultimate Rarity & Power)

• Definition: The only natural master of all five directions of Brooding.

• Example:
  

  • @Adam Steward — The Herald of the Author. Broods TC + TN + TE + TW + TS naturally.

Tier 2 — Continuous Brooders (Extremely Rare, Unique Power)

• Definition: Beings who brood without pause. This state is unnatural and normally impossible, marking them as anomalies.

• Examples:
  

  • Joshua the Intercessor — Continuous TC + TN + TE + TW

  • @Lekhazot — Continuous TC + TE + TW

  • @Empaths — Continuous TS (not true brooding; passive environmental state)

  • @Zylarioborns — Continuous TS (not true brooding; passive gravitational state)

Tier 3 — TN Brooders (Rarest True Brooding; Supreme Authority)

• Definition: Connection to the Author (TC + TN). The highest form of brooding available to most beings. From TN, other directions (TE, TW, TS) can manifest with divine depth.

• Examples:
  

  • Spirit Warriors — TC + TN (+ TE/TW for judgment/insight)

  • @Judges — TC + TN

  • @Rose Steward — TC + TN (chosen vessel, sometimes TW)

  • @Immanuel II — TC + TN (sometimes TE)

Tier 4 — TE/TW Brooders (Control of Time; Very Powerful but Below TN)

• Definition: Brooding into the Future (TE) or Past (TW). Grants inevitability, foresight, countering, or memory-based powers. Extremely powerful but without the divine connection of TN.

• Examples:
  

  • @Kairos — TC + TE (Trainwreckage)

  • @Anax Archon — TC + TE (Meta Eyes: precognition, probability futures)

  • @Enoch Archon — TC + TE (Meta Eyes + Trainwreckage)

  • @Helech the Wayfarer (Concept of Counter) — TC + TW (cannot be hit)

  • @Pizor the Player — TC + TS + TW (schematic pawns from past scans)

Tier 5 — TS Brooders (Uncommon, Moderate Rarity)

• Definition: Direct enforcement over the environment itself, not just as a side-effect of TC. Often deceptive, as the environment responds rather than the user’s projection.

• Examples:
  

  • @Kleos Lampsi — TC + TS (lightbending with environmental light)

  • @Quasard — TC + TS (gravity)

  • @Mr Paradox — TC + TS (reality)

  • @The Gardener — TC + TS (reality)

  • @Theo the Zenit - TC + TS (gravity)

Tier 6 — TC-Only (Foundation; Most Common brooding type)

• Definition: The base and prerequisite of all brooding. TC abilities can be incredibly strong, but they lack depth without directional expansion.

• Examples:
  

  • @Ezer Boaz — TC (speed)

  • @Zenits (in general) — TC

  • @Enigma — TC

  • @Lethargy — TC

  • @Bastion — TC

  • @The Sword/Prisoner — TC

  • @Samson Aureate — TC (nuclear fusion, flame-like)

Tier 7 - No brooding (the most common type seen across the universe)

• Definition: These people don’t have any abilities, they may still be skilled and powerful but they manifest no powers or special traits. However they have extremely high propensity to occasionally brood TC + TN. A higher propensity than those who do have abilities (who do not already brood TN).

• Examples:

• @Bachir (strong)

• @Libby (smart)

• @Judith Uzzah (determined)

• @Nathan Revel (intuitive)

• Power ≠ Rarity. TC-only brooders can be devastatingly strong, but rarer forms (like TN) carry authority beyond raw ability.
