EM-MAN'S POWER RANKINGS
EM-Man’s power ranking categorizes the rough combat ability of beings within the universe. It is held in a secret database within his lair, so these rankings are not publicly known to anyone.
The ranks act as exposition to the viewer on the power levels of the known characters in the universe compared to each other, and it’s a letter based system. S being the highest and the number of ‘+’ after the letter indicates their level in relation to others of the same letter.
The letters go up to three and the pluses go up to three.
So SSS+++ is the max, apart from ‘????’ Which is for the most powerful individuals who don’t have quantifiable power levels or are newly emerged.
F indicates a civilian (there can be rankings from F --> FFF+++ for civilians but it was superfluous to EM-Man so he did not add it)
The Rankings in order go like this:

Rankings can increase or decrease based on performance and events that occur in the story.
In general, these are what the letter grades indicate:
S letters - interplanetary and galactic levels
A letters - planetary levels, intercontinental levels
B letters - continental levels
C letters - City levels, intercommunity levels
D letters - Community levels
E letters - Community levels, General circle levels
F letter - Civilian/bystander levels
The indications are all in relation to @Kyriopelagos, for example, collegiate students in @Planet Zenith average around a B letter in power level which is continental for Kyriopleagans; but this is just regular city and community levels on @Planet Zenith. Most graduates and adults in @Planet Zenith are around A letters in power level, because of the nature of what @Planet Zenith is. From letters AA+ and above is when the indications become more universal in measurement.
I am about to show all the current characters in the world and their power levels; do not be skewed by the rankings, just use it along with the context of their powers and story to get a better overall view of how the power systems work in the world and what each of the characters are like in the overall story (keeping in mind the Law of Equipotentiality located in the "Lore of this Universe" folder)
