Yet, for all the blood they spill in its defense, they feel unrecognized by the rest of the tribes—resented, envied, and overlooked.

Origins & Legacy

The @Qarroshy Tribe were born in the shadow of conflict. Long ago, the desert was far more contested, with orcish warbands spread across much of the land. It was the human tribes—foremost among them the @Qarroshy Tribe —who slowly pushed the orcs southward, driving them into the harsh wastes of the Orcish Reaches.

For the @Qarroshy Tribe , this victory forged their identity: they are the eternal guardians of the southern frontier, the tribe that ensures the orcs never reclaim the desert. But with this duty came envy—the belief that other human tribes live easier lives, while it is the @Qarroshy Tribe who bleed the most for all.

Renowned for their martial skill, the Qarroshy craft exceptional weapons and armor from ores mined in the Scorched Peaks. Water:
The @Qarroshy Tribe draws its lifeline from the @Scalding Springs , a cluster of mineral-rich hot springs hidden in rugged terrain. Though the waters emerge too hot for direct consumption, the Qarroshy use special cooling bottles crafted from desert glass and volcanic stone to store and chill the water, making it safe to drink.

They sustain themselves through hunting desert fauna and by relying on trade with allied tribes, who send food and supplies in recognition of the Qarroshy’s relentless defense of the southern frontier against the orcs.

Trade & Support:
Beyond food, the tribe also crafts exceptional weaponry in their volcanic forges, which they trade with other desert tribes. These weapons are highly valued, ensuring the Qarroshy remain an indispensable part of the desert economy. Neighboring desert tribes also send supplies to support their defense of the southern frontier against the orcish raids.
