Black Breath
The Black Breath or Black Shadow is a weapon used by the Nazgûl. The Ringwraiths' breath was poisonous and can overpower those affected by it. Choose up to three creatures within range. Each must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, they are afflicted by the Black Breath: The creature gains one level of exhaustion. The creature has disadvantage on attack rolls, saving throws, and ability checks for the spell’s duration. Magical healing received by the creature is halved for 24 hours. At the end of each of its turns, an affected creature can repeat the saving throw, ending the effects on itself with a success.
The Voice of Saruman
You utter a word of immense power and authority, compelling a creature to obey. The creature must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be Charmed or Paralyzed (your choice) for 1 minute. If the target has legendary resistance, it must expend one to resist. This spell does not affect creatures of greater power than you (e.g., Balrogs, powerful Maiar).
True Seeing
This spell gives the willing creature you touch the ability to see things as they actually are. For the duration, the creature has truesight, notices secret doors hidden by magic, and can see into the Ethereal Plane. True Seeing would unveil hidden spiritual realities, such as the true forms of beings like the Nazgûl. While invisible to ordinary sight, under True Seeing, the Nazgûl might appear in their spectral forms—twisted remnants of their once-human selves. True Seeing could pierce the Wraith-world, the shadowy plane where the power of the Rings of Power exerts influence. The wielder of the One Ring would appear in their dark, shadowy form, and the connection between the visible and the spiritual might become apparent.
