Murkborn
The Murkborn are a unique race born from the harrowing experience of surviving the raw heart of the Mournshape. With shadowy skin, hollow voices, and eyes that shimmer like oil-slick stars, they walk a fine line between sanity and madness, often blessed with prophetic insight. Immune to fear effects, they can glimpse into the Ethereal Plane and are guided by whispered voices that may grant them advantage on insight or arcana checks, though they may also suffer from unsettling visions of ruin.

Verdalkin
Verdalkin are nature-bound beings born from the untouched wilds of Elarion, created when the Thornsworn awakened ancient nature spirits. As half-fey and half-mortal, they possess the unique ability to influence plant life with their emotions, communicate with animals and plants, and regain health while resting in natural terrain, though they are vulnerable to the corrupting influence of the Mournshape.

Cindarth
Forged in the Emberward Concord’s crucibles, the Cindarth are elemental flame-touched humanoids, created through a sacred fusion of mortal essence and eternal fire. With smoldering skin and ember-like veins, they possess resistance to fire, can ignite their weapon attacks once per rest, are immune to natural cold, but are vulnerable to water or submerged conditions.

With their slippery, semi-fluid forms and bioluminescent patterns, they possess an innate ability to escape restraints, darkvision, and resistance to poison and necrotic damageallowing them to navigate the treacherous blightlands Despite their ancient knowledge and adaptability Gloamkin face social stigma in Elarion, often regarded with mistrust by other races.
