Description

Tyrannosaurus rex, often known as the 'king of the dinosaurs,' was an apex predator that roamed North America during the Late Cretaceous period. This enormous theropod, capable of reaching lengths of up to 50 feet and standing 16 feet tall, dominated its environment with unparalleled strength, excellent vision, and a keen sense of smell. With a powerful jaw filled with large teeth adapted for bone-crushing, T. rex was both a relentless hunter and a scavenger. Despite its immense size, it employed ambush tactics to catch its prey, making use of its agile tail for balance and quick movements.
