Cultist's Charm

The hooded cultist can target one humanoid they can see within 30 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 hour. The charmed target regards the cultist as a trusted friend and is willing to help them. This effect ends if the cultist or their allies do anything harmful to the target.

Life Drain

Melee Spell Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) necrotic damage. The target must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or have its hit point maximum reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest.
